Refund policy

Because we are a micro business and we try to maintain razor thin margins (in order to stay committed to our tree planting goals), we operate a limited returns policy

Due to the nature of our business and cost structure, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference-based reasons.

If you think there is a high likelihood that you will want to return our product, we ask that you do not purchase it at all.

 

When returns are accepted

We will only accept returns or provide remedies in the following cases:

  • The item is defective
  • The item was damaged during transit
  • The wrong item was shipped


Reporting an issue

To be eligible for a replacement or remedy:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • You must provide:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage

Requests submitted outside this window may not be accepted.

There is also a flat rate of $15.00 return shipping and a 5% restocking fee.


Remedies

At our discretion, we will:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or
  • Provide a refund if replacement is not possible

Refunds are issued only for verified defective or incorrect items. We do not offer refunds for undamaged goods.


Return shipping

  • Approved returns must be sent using our instructions
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
  • We do not accept returns sent without prior approval
